Honest Cooking + French Spaghetti with Anchovies and Piment d’Espelette

Howdy folks!

I’m thrilled to share with you my newest venture as a regular contributor to the food magazine Honest Cooking. Fresh and exciting, this publication offers a delectable blend of articles from the food world that are sure to inspire you.

Sometimes I may post the articles here on my blog. If not, you can always swing over to the Honest Cooking website to check them out by clicking on the new widget located on the lower right side of this page. I will always, however, include the main recipe on my Eats page for you to print and carry on your cooking escapades.

As an inaugural post, I took an in-depth look at the socio-economic strife of two nations and how the integration of black squid ink, Foursquare, and a little boy named Hot Pie coalesced them into becoming one of the most prosperous enterprises since the implosion of Garbage Pail Kids.

Just kidding.

I so did not write about that.

Instead, I talked about France and Italy, their amorous love affair, and the culinary rapture that ensued. Let there be said that spicy chiles were involved.

And anchovies.

Because we all know by now (to much dismay) how I love dee small feesh.

Anyway…

What are you still doing here? Get your booty over to Honest Cooking and get your read on!
